Last night no entertainment show managed to eclipse 500,000 metro viewers.
It was perennial soap Home & Away that topped the genre at 462,000 / 404,000 viewers with Gogglebox next at 400,000.
Nine’s Bledisloe Cup pulled 524,000 viewers helping the network to win the night.
7:30 was 398,000 then Foreign Correspondent (271,000), Shaun Micallef’s Brain Eisteddfod (242,000) and World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (129,000).
The Front Bar was 337,000 then Q+A (182,000).
Nine won with 30.9% then Seven 28.7%, 10 17.2%, ABC 14.6% and SBS 8.6%.
Nine News (752,000 / 749,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair won with 551,000 then Hot Seat (350,000 / 246,000).
Seven News was #1 at 869,000 / 860,000 for Seven. The Chase led with 458,000 / 289,000. The Latest was 240,000.
10 News First drew 281,000 / 174,000 again eclipsing The Project (269,000 / 203,000) with a Cheap Seats replay at 185,000.
ABC News was 532,000. The Drum (130,000) and One Plus One (90,000) followed.
On SBS it was SBS World News (134,000 / 105,000) while The Handmaid’s Tale averaged 95,000 across two episodes. Mastermind was 50,000.
Peppa Pig again led multichannels at 118,000.
